CORASSINI BY ROBERTO
The restaurant is located in the historic center of the city within the walls of a defensive bastion, a fragment of the legendary Stanislav Fortress. The hexagonal fortification, which covered the entire territory of the old town, was built in 1661 by François Corassini, after whom the restaurant is named.
The renovated venue offers Italian cuisine in the author's interpretation of Chef Roberto Amoroli and a cocktail laboratory. The interior embodies the coziness and eclectic Italian flavor.

The space with no daylight dictates a chamber atmosphere. The variety of materials and surfaces creates a unique emotional experience for restaurant guests. Matte black tiles on the walls contrast with the cold shine of the metal arch of the doorway. The copper bar facade combines with the open kitchen's white marble counter and light wooden furniture

The Corassini's interior, filled with warm light, creates a feeling of "sweet home". A wide wine display with four rows of bottles complements the openness philosophy, where dishes are prepared in front of the guests, and the wine list positions are at arm's length.
