This is a laconic and functional conference hall designed for 200 guests. Led-screen along the entire wall allows broadcasting an image that looks bright and clear even when it is a sunny day outside and all the curtains are open.

Pure lines, oak veneer on the walls, biodynamic light, and rational space usage make the hall an effective business, educational, and corporate culture tool. There is top-notch acoustic equipment in the technical room and space for translators and all you would need for presentations, seminars, or any other event.

THE ENTRANCE

The entrance to the conference hall goes through a roomy lobby that can be used for coffee breaks, buffets, and networking. The catering logistics was smartly designed this way to divide the staff and the guest streams. There is also a separate entrance for service needs. It leads to an elevator shaft connected to the underground corridor from where waiters, food, and drinks come to the hall.

ROUND COLUMNS

Round columns in the hall have inserts made of natural stone. Vertical boulders growing from the floor look like they cut a column in two halves. It symbolizes that knowledge requires digging deep and craving for the very heart of things. You cannot build a reliable construction without a strong base. Those stone details are almost all the decoration of the entire project.

THE LOBBY

The lobby and the conference hall are divided by big pivot doors. When they are entirely open both spaces are united. When the doors are closed, the conference hall is isolated and nothing distracts guests’ attention from the topic. 

There is a brand wall in the lobby. As well as the main screen it is made from LED elements. It allows you to change an image as well as to broadcast a video. This approach saves the planet from hundreds of banners that often go to the garbage after a single use.
