Gemini Roastery isn’t just a city café, it’s the first place in Kyiv in the format “roastery & bar”. The cafe is a typical example of a New York urban cafe format for various social groups.
Roastery is located in the business center, so it serves in the daytime as a kind of coworking for meetings, dinners, working on a laptop. In the evenings, you can relax here after workdays, because there is a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beverages.
TYPICAL AMERICAN STYLE
The interior, décor details and menu are tied around the coffee theme. The cafe space is decorated in the typical style of American cafe: graphite-pastel colors, laconic handmade furniture, decoration of natural materials - wood, concrete, metal, leather.
A BAR COUNTER
The centerpiece of the interior is a bar counter, where in the evening the author's coffee cocktails are prepared. One has only to go to the bar area, as before the eyes there is a spectacular view of shelving with alcohol, which have no end - thanks to the darkened mirror on the ceiling, their magnitude is emphasized.
CONVINIENT ZONING
Gemini Roastery is a friendly cafe, that is open to all guests: couples and families with children and even with pets, office workers, and true coffee lovers, with one common thing - love for delicious coffee. So we took care of convenient zoning, to make all guests comfortable. We set up different types of hybrid seats: lounge tables with comfy armchairs, high tables for one or two, tables for comfortable work and business meetings, wide sills, where you can relax on soft pillows.
