CASES

MAD BARS HOUSE

The story started with the request of the customer who wanted to lease six floors of the ancient building in the historical centre of Lviv to six fast food restaurants. The cons of the idea and related difficulties of zoning and separating visitor flows were obvious. The fast food concept itself was wrong. We created the unique concept of the establishment suitable for the location instead. Five different bars under one roof. Drinks getting stronger with each floor. From craft beet on the ground floor and wine on the first one up to exclusive and unique cocktails under the roof. Meals for all the bars are cooked in the kitchen that takes up the whole floor.

VERHOLY RELAX PARK

The customers who owned the picturesque area in Poltava Region hired us to develop the design of the country complex in the pseudo-folk style. We analysed the situation and found out that were several facilities like that in the vicinity. Since the construction of the complex takes around two years, it is no use focusing on this level: you must be brave and set your own trends in the industry. We suggested creating a modern complex with the SPA guest houses and the hotel to which guests will come from Kharkiv, Dnipro and Kyiv.

DEEP BAR

The peculiarity of the bar is an extraordinary configuration of the premises. There is a small room on the ground floor while all the main halls are the spacious basement. We analysed the pros and cons of the location and created the bar concept of Roots and Sprouts, which unites the levels ideologically and gives the project the deep sense. There is a floral boutique and a café with several tables on the ground floor. Root installations hang from the ceiling in the basement where the bar is located. The legend is that these are roots of the plants from the flower shop above.
